iPad Internet Connection Not Working? This page will help answer the following issues: I have to reboot my iPad to get the internet to work. I had the internet working fine on my iPad but then suddenly the internet won’t work. iPad won’t connect to the internet. iPad internet connection won’t work. iPad suddenly won’t connect to the internet. Full bars but can’t connect to the internet. iPad was working fine but now will not connect. iPad internet problems. This information is for iPad tablet users that have suddenly experienced problems with connecting to the internet. If you are setting up an internet connection for the first time please refer to Apple’s Support Page. I personally went round and round trying to figure out why my iPad had to be rebooted / hard reset every time I wanted to surf the web or check my email. Every time I left my iPad idol for 5-10 minutes, the iPad would lose its internet connection, and then once I rebooted / did a hard reset by holding down the round button and the power bottom at the same time, the iPad was able to reconnect to the internet. Although this is a great temporary solution, it isn’t a permanent solution to the issue. This is one reason you may experience iPad internet connection problems and if it’s not, you may still want to read on as there’s a good chance you will need this advice in the future. If you have recently updated your iPad tablet so that it’s able to multi-task or if your iPad has the updated version already on it, there is a good chance you will eventually have low application memory issues, especially if you are an active iPad user. This is not to be confused with how much storage space you have. Every time you visit an app, the applications information is stored on your iPad and is running in the background. This is like a conventional laptop computer having several windows open at the same time; only on the iPad these windows are not readily visible as they are on a laptop. The solution is rather simple. Push the round button on the front of the iPad two times. The applications that are running in the back ground will appear on the bottom of the screen. Touch one of the icons and all the apps will start to shake back and forth. Then one by one tap on the minus sign to erase the apps from running in the back ground. This will allow for more application memory space and will not erase the application itself, so there is nothing to worry about. Beings you have a multi-tasking application, you will periodically have to repeat this process. |
